Newmarket Sports offer a very helpful and hassle-free returns policy, we will do everything we can to make this a pain free experience.

In the unlikely event that your ordered goods do not meet with your satisfaction please contact us as soon as possible on 01638 661888 and we will endeavour to resolve your problem as quickly as possible. Alternatively you can email us at sales@newmarketsports.co.uk quoting your order number.

• You are fully entitled to returns as per UK Consumer Law for defective goods.
• You have the right to cancel your order and return your item within a two week time period.
• Please indicate the reason for returning the product

Newmarket Sports make sure all items are individually checked before they leave our premises.

Newmarket Sports returns policy does not cover against the following:

• Damage through normal wear and tear
• Damage through incorrect laundering
• Damage through rips and stains caused in general use
